the horn can either be a real horn or a fake one it tied to its head to feel like a dragon ;v;

alright, here he is! I really struggled with his design big oof. I initially wanted to stick to blue only, but I felt the red added a bit more character to him. I really hope you like him! Feel free to change anything you don’t like <3
