Last one for the night! His name is Clancy and yes, he has a british accent. He is very involved in organised crime, and is incredibly rich. He's one of the bosses of The Paw; basically the doggo mafia lol. The jay feathers in his hat are a gift from an old friend... potentially someone with criminal connections himself.
Clancy loves making deals and getting more money; anything to make him richer than he already is. A true capitalist to the bone. He loves his lavish lifestyle, and his favourite drink is champagne.

golden retriever x german wirehaired pointer. Was originally just gonna make him a golden but the goatee came about by accident in the sketch, and I absolutely loved it so I decided to mix golden with gwhp.
Also he and Jay def throw wild lavish parties together and have probably gotten together a few times
