He's an old guy who loves telling stories to anyone who will listen, but he lives alone in the middle of a friggin desert so he usually just tells stories to his cacti
He calls everyone 'kid'
His name is Cactus Joe... because Cactus Joe. It was probably a nickname someone gave him in the past but he calls himself Cactus Joe now
Used to be a ranch dog
If you hurt (or pee on) his cacti, he will shout many obscenities at you and chase you around with a garden hoe or something but he'll get tired eventually because he's old
But do not be fooled, he could probably destroy you with weird insults and colloquialisms
