Have you ever heard of the Kiwa Hirsuta? Commonly known as the Yeti Crab, or Yeti Lobster, this little fella is a new addition to the scientific family, discovered in 2005! They live on hypothermal vents, using their hair-like filaments on their appendages to filter out poisonous materiel from the hypothermal vents! They feed on bacteria, so are technically carnivores. Their genus is named for the goddess of shellfish in Polynesian Mythology, Kiwa, and Hirsuta means "hairy."
So! This little guy's design process was "Guardian of the Vent." Or something like that. They host a hypothermal vent upon their back, and they're the guardian of the life that lives there! Hypothermal Vents are teeming with life, so I found this appropriate. They're VERY fluffy like their inspiration, but I added the tail based on their nickname oop. But hey, it works super well for armor for a guardian!
Let me know what you think, this design is a lot more specific than the others, so if you'd rather have a different design I can do that and keep this fella lol. I'm just a bit nervous since we're bordering on too complex here whoop! that was on the no no list ahhh
Thanks for making a design, and giving me such a wonderful prompt :"D !!!!
