The brown cat is called the Brown Santa Cat, released for Christmas 2008, and is a T5 Advent List pet.
The gray one is Bluestar, one of the Warriors available from July 2008 to August 2009. She's technically valued as a mid 09 rare due to the extended release.
Sitting cats in general are popular and sought after, so they do have good demand. Bluestar especially so, as all the warriors characters are popular pets. She can often go for more than her value.

Both technically are worth another pet of the same rarity that was released within 3 months of it. Malk dogs are pretty popular, though, so sometimes people get a little more generous with their offers.

1. Egypt Event 2014, worth another pet of the same rarity released within 3 months of it.
2. Halloween 2015, worth another pet of the same rarity released within 3 months of it.
3. September 2009, avalable until April 2010. Technically valued as an April 2010 rare, but can go for more, as warriors cats are very popular. This particular cat is meant to be the character Heathertail.

Zebras are special release pets first introduced in 2009. Their original method of release is through random chance by adopting the monthly horses, but they can also be obtained from the december 18th box.
The three omg so rare zebras are all high main list pets and very valuable.
