Well, considering some of the trash is food scraps, it might not be one culprit, but MULTIPLE. Nobody could eat that much Chinese takeout and pizza by themselves.

Right now i'm currently thinking Scruff, but that's just me.

The other half of the trash is nuts and bolts, which might require someone with knowledge with machinery

So I also see why it could be Unice.

Maybe Ryder's letter is to the sabotagers. This is a whole lotta maybes but I'm having fun with this idea so deal with it. I don't think they're the sabotager, but perhaps they know who it is. Maybe Ryder really does have psychic powers to some extent. Could be working with them or trying to convince them to stop

So far I believe that the squabbling between Ryder and Barker is covering up a secret love affair, and the alleged letter was to Barker. Red herring imo.

Maybe Puck and the doggo are upset that they can't open a proper restaurant, but wouldn't it be counter productive to deter visitors? If they are putting so much effort into their food wouldn't they want people to eat it and grow their reputation?
