2024 Summer Event: Casual Chat

I did a random poll of myself and 4 other people I know who play Chicken Smoothie.

Between the 5 of us, we played a total of 121 times. The results are:

11 perfect games (5/5 knocked down).
Prizes= 6 rootbeer cup pets, 5 rootbeer dogs

110 less than 5 knockdowns.
Prizes= 33 bottles, 37 floats, 40 cups.

Not a huge sample, but it looks like there is about a 10% chance of getting a pet instead of a token.

I'll add mine to the mix for a larger sample size :3

I've played 30 times, won 3 pets total
- 1 cup and 2 dogs
- 10 bottles, 8 floats, 9 cups

So 6 people, 151 times

14 perfect games
Prizes: 7 rootbeer cup pets, 7 rootbeer dogs

137 less than 5
Prizes: 43 bottles, 45 floats, 47 cups

A little closer to 10% chance of a pet now!

You guys are really lucky at getting the beer pets. I lost count on how many times I have played it and still nothing, I feel really unlucky right now but I'm loving this event. Every year chicken smoothie always brings us the best events.

Guys I was too lazy/busy to read the lore the last few days and now I'm so out of loop with the story behind this year's event. Wasn't there a place I could read about or sth?

I'm not able to get on every hour to play the game, so trying to get the pets is definitely harder. I'm wondering if they'll be a very rare instead of a rare.

The other box pets (like from the internet event and last year's fishing game) all turned out to be regular rares, if that's any consolation

nooo, no chance. absolute most I'd think it would be is "rare." if any event pet turned out to be very rare, I'd eat my cowboy hat

Yeah, honestly I'm guessing the cacti rat will be rare just because it's a less appealing design and it's an hourly token, but since it's only one token, who knows. The only time an unexpected event pet turned out to be VR when the rarities were released (that i know of) was the 2016 space event robot rat, and since the last rarity update, even most of last year's token pets were EUC.

I know this is a late reply, but in general hourly token pets tend to be more common than the banner token pets.

Why this is I think because there's a limit to banner tokens and that is significantly lower than the one for hourly tokens.

v I totally agree! Probably won't reach it today, however, I really hope I'll get to it tomorrow morning. That way, I only need to remember the hourly tokens (until the limit is raised, but that's for future me).

I just realize we haven’t gotten a growing litter yet. Last year was a second Gen of halloween deer to follow the cryptic theme.
Any hopes for a certain kind of species?

Personally for me if it’s going to be 2nd or 3rd Gen I would love to see a combination of these pets.

starting to feel like i'm going crazy ..... the event is going to be over and i still won't have an id swap for this cursed fox ...... i see him in my nightmares

edit: i have once again traded thinking i had the right time and did not ....... is it so hard to find a pet adopted within the span of two whole hours

finally caught up on the pets so far! very happy with that.

also since I've seen people discussing their stats with the root beer game, here's mine to the best of my knowledge:

34 tries, 3 wins. each time I won I got the soda dog.
