Personality: evil, cold, insane, usually happy though rarely angered, he thinks he is the boss of everything and he enjoys scaring people into doing what he wants, he has a craving for fear, void is amazingly strong and loves to show off his immense strength by destroying anything and everything he sees, if a creature comes that is a worthy challenge of him he will fight till one of them gives in thought he is smart enough to quit before he is killed, during the day and some nights he retreats to the tranquility and peace of the galaxy where he feels greatly at ease and almost sane.
Kind, gentle, loving, he loves his adopted daughter and if anyone says otherwise he becomes very angry though he will never kill unless there is no other option, Void is very protective of Dark Matter and will do anything and everything he can to keep her safe, he loves to soar through the universe with Dark Matter by his side, it took a while but he taught her how to live and enjoy life in space, they travel through different galaxys searching for other wolves or creatures that they can make friends with, so far they have been unsuccessful though that does not stop them from searching the entire universe continually.

Background: He was born in the far reaches of the universe and that will forever be his true home. He has lived most of his life on earth terrorizing anyone and everyone he meets and because of that he has a craving for fear. He lurks through the darkness when most are asleep, and if you hear a bump in the night it is most likely him.
Voided Abyss was slinking through the dark, cold, winter night. He padded along through the trees as he sniffed the air for the slightest scent of human or fear. He perked his ears as he heard a scream and a thick scent of fear rushed to his senses. He darted through the dense woods till he came to a clearing where he found a small wood cabin. In front was a large bear, almost as big as he was, reared up on it's hind legs roaring at about 10 small humans. He chuckled to himself as he neared the horrible scene. The bear lunged at the children but before it had a chance to get any nearer than to scratch a little girl he was on top of the huge creature, slashing and biting till the bear lay dead on the ground he turned back to where the humans were disappearing into the house. Void saw this as a perfect chance to get a few laughs and he slammed through the door, into the house. He howled and snarled at the humans and smashed through the house, out the back door, and away into the woods. He howled with laughter, nearly tripping over his own paws in his joy of yet another horribly sweet victory.
As he once again, stalked through the forest he smelled a small wolf but it did not smell like a normal earthen wolf. He quietly padded forward and stopped when he saw a little black shape. Void watched as the other wolf glanced around nervously. He shifted slightly stepping on a small stick that made a loud crack under his weight. just great, not it knows I'm here.
The black wolf jumped and turned towards the sound, "Who's there?" she asked in a shaky, high pitched voice. She say lights shining in the trees above her and a huge dark mass.
Void stepped forward and stood at his full height of 10' 4'' and stared down at her. "I am Voided Abyss. Who might you be?" he asked in a menacing voice.
The small wolf whimpered and stepped back. "Dark Matter." she answered quietly.
He eyed the she-wolf then asked her, "Where are you from?"
"I don't know."
"Would you like to come with me?" He asked. What did I just say?! Here she is terrified and I'm comforting her!?
"I-if you don't think it would be a problem I would love to come with you." She said with a spark of excitement in her girly voice.
Void's jaw dropped open. "You are not afraid of me?" He could barely believe what he was saying.
"No. You seem really nice." She smiled.
"uh...uh...." He stuttered. He closed his mouth and swished his five glowing tails thoughtfully. "Ok then. Get on my back and hold on tight."
"Why?" she asked.
"We are going home." He turned back and attempted a smile at Dark Matter though it turned out more like a grimace. "If you will have me as a father, that is."
She giggled at his attempt at a smile then bounded up on his back. "Let's go home Papa!" She squealed with delight.
"Home it is!" He leaped up into the air and surrounded them in a protective orb of light till Dark Matter's lungs adjusted and matched his own.
They soared through the galaxy and out into the universe, never to look back on those days on a trash covered planet where war and fear rule above all, but to look ahead to the future and enjoy life in their home.
