I would like to adopt:
Pet's ID Tag: #41
Name You'd Choose for It: Tundra
Species: Flop-earred Husky
Gender: Female
Reason You Want It: I really like her markings, and her floppy ear. Her colors blend together and are a prefect combination for her. When adopting, I don't make forms for everyone character I like, I make them for the characters that catch my eye. Tundra does, she stands out in my eyes, and so here I am. I will try to adopt her.
History/Background/Other: "Tundra! Tundra!” A silver-blue husky called in a low voice. Her paws danced on the rain sleeked gravel as she waited for her daughter to come. The rain poured down heavily as she peered through it, and could just see the faint outline of Tundra. What is she doing? The silvery mother asked as she was ready to call again, but she came short with a chest racking cough. Tundra shook her fur and swiftly scampered to her mother. She touched noses to her and together they swiftly padded off, back to their home. They quietly made their way to the abandoned house and crawled beneath the wooden porch. They both shook their fur and Tundra padded up to her brother, Dante. Dante eyed her with soft eyes, and Tundra remembered the stories their mother had told them about their father. That he had fought off a bear to bring peace to a dog paradise. Several times, her and her brother asked their mother why they weren’t there with their father and the paradise, but their mother had never answered. Tundra’s attention was divided as her mother began coughing again, she was sick and when Tundra looked over she could see her mother’s bones. “Can I get you something to eat?” Tundra asked, walking to her mother’s side. “No Tundra, get to sleep now.” The mother ordered, her fur hung in clumps, and she was getting weaker by the day. Sometimes she could hardly bare to look at her children, they looked so much like their father that it hurt her to remember him. She had been sent away when she found to be pregnant and their father didn’t want them or her hurt. So she had escaped from the danger of the bear that was fighting for the territory. She had got word a couple of weeks ago that the bear had been destroyed by the pack of dogs that her mate had lead. She had been wanting to go back to him, and show him the children he had produced. But she knew she was unable. She knew it was any day now, that she would slip away. But she had to tell her children, they were old enough now, to make it. “Mother?” Tundra asked looking at her with a confused glance, “Is everything ok?” Their mother nodded and looked at her children. “It’s about time I told you both something.” She said, her breath coming in short gasps. “Mother, why don’t you rest?” Dante asked coming to sit beside his sister. “Yes, you can tell us tomorrow.” Tundra added. But their mother’s head swayed back and forth as she disagreed. “There is no time for tomorrow, I have to leave soon.” She was beginning to feel light headed and knew that this would take a lot from her. “But where are you going?” Tundra asked, now even more confused. “Yah, and can we come?” Dante added. “No, my children. I must walk the other world now, and you two must go and find your father.” The mother said, her chest heaving wit the effort it took to tell them. Tundra and Dante’s eyes lit up as they heard they would get to see their father, who was leader of a great pack. “Are you taking us?” Dante asked, wagging his tail. “No.” The mother replied curtly. “You two will go on your own, and I will stay here.” “But I don’t understand mother!” Tundra whined, couldn’t their mother take them? “Stop whining.” Their mother growled at them, and both of them looked at her. “I will not be here in the morning, don’t worry about me, I’ll be fine. You two will go North and keep going North until you get to the mountains. That is where your father’s pack is. They are located of the mountain that looks like a wolf howling, it is called, Storm Mountain.” She explained, and sat on wobbly paws, her energy draining through her. The two bounced up and down happy to see their father finally. But both were confused on why their mother could not come. “You must tell your father that I loved him, and I will meet him in the next world. Can you remember that?” She asked, and coughed, dry and hoarse. Both of them nodded and looked at each other. “Now rest, tomorrow you will start on your journey to the mountains.” Both pups nodded and padded to the two dips in the ground. They yawned and did several turns before falling asleep. Their mother padded up them and gently kissed each one before wobbly heading back out into the rain. Tears were not seen as they poured down her face and collided with the stream of water that ran from her pelt. She could do nothing to help herself. She knew it was her time to go. She had done well, raised the leader’s pups and kept them safe until it was there time to go alone in the world. She had taught them many things and told many stories. She would miss them both, and her mate too. She knew he would be proud to have pups and they would be in good paws. She just wished that she didn’t have to leave them now, she wanted to be there when they grew up and became deathly pups she had dreamed of. She walked very far through the rain and the mud until she came to a spot. Protected by weeds and bushes, she pushed her way through and laid in the middle. She let her body relax and let the pain numb away. Her breathing came slower and slower, as her heart pumped less and less. And as the rain continued to gently pour in this world.

Tundra woke to the sun shining on her dappled face. She yawned and flicked her non-flop ear towrads the birds that sung outside. Then she jumped to her feet and remembered that they were going to see their father today. She looked to her brother Dante but saw that his bed was empty. She turned to see him looking at their mother's bed. She padded beside him and looked at the small dip in the ground. She had been right, she wasn't coming with them. But Tundra didn't understand, why had their mother left them? Why couldn't she have stayed and then they all could of went to see thier father together. But their mother had made it quite clear that she would not be coming and that they had to go and find their father. Tubdra buried her face into her brother's tanner fur. She felt sad but at the same time excited. They were going to see thier father! Dante looked to his sister and nodded his head as if he had heard what she was thinking. "It's time to go." He muttered softly. Tundra could hear hurt in his voice, him and her mother had been close. Tundra only nodded back and together they left the den they had lived in. Both of their stomachs growled, but they had been used to it. There was rarely ever any prey over here due to the humans nest old nest. They both padded away from the trail that was well woren and headed North. Their mother had taught them most of the skills they would need. The dirctions, how to hunt, fight, and track. Everything they needed to know. She even taught them some of the pack ways, so she must have known that one day they would go to their father and be in his pack. They both scampered down the trail, into he new territory that they had not yet been. Their mother had kept them away from thisd dirction. They both kept their eyes ahead of them as they went side by side. Thinking yet hearing. seeing yet imgaining. Greiving yet smiling.

Tundra flicker her ears, they had been traviling for several weeks now. The mountains laid ahead of them, hidden behind the tree line, but they had seen them when they were on higher ground. Every time they came to a hill, the mountains never seemed any closer. Always the same distance it seemed, always seemed to be out of reach or another weeks jonery.
