He wasn't much to look at when he was born, the runt of the litter, the one least likely to survive the fist week. His coat normal length, compared to his sibling's shorter coats and longer tails. They were better suited to the environment... Their fur didn't snag on bushes, and their tails gave them extra balance, and warmth. He was different, but he made up for this with his cunning personality, always stealing scraps from the others, keeping himself alive because he knew that no one else would help him.

6 Months
All was silent except for the faint shuffling of my paws as I wandered back to my family. I frowned as the familiar scents rushed out to... I wouldn't exactly say greet me... More smother me. I was always mother's little boy you see... She still treats me like a baby, yet she sends me out instead of my siblings to do errands for her... Unbelieveable right? Wrong. Welcome to my life.
My paws were silent on the gravelled floor that ran alongside the road. I live in a rural area, but even here, in the small village I live on the outskirts of, man has corrupted the place... I can't go anywhere without choking on gas, or worse... Why does life have to be so cruel? I wish that it would pick up, but it seems unlikely.

I looked around, my eyes wide with fright. My world was spinning, shifting... I wasn't sure of anything any more... Everything had turned to chaos. My mother and siblings lay dead beside me. I'm the only one left. But how is that possible? I was always the weakest, the one that no one wanted. Why is it me that has to stay in this world having lost everything while they are all in a better place. Or so they say anyway, I'm not sure what it is like back there... But that isn't the point.
Blood covered the ground by their lifeless bodies. It covered the bottom of my paws as I stepped closer to them, desperate to feel closer to them one last time. They might not have treated me equally during their lives, but they were my family and I wouldn't change them for the world.

2 Years
So here I am... I know, I know. I'm not that old. I'm still a pup in many people's eyes. But I've experienced more of the world than most domesticated animals do in their lives. I'm small, but fast and witty. I can do anything if I put my mind to it, and I still have my whole life ahead of me. Anything is possible.
Personality:
He is sly and witty, always knowing what to do and say in every situation he gets into. Small and fast, he is very agile. Able to turn on a sixpence, (A phrase. Not literal.) he can easily weasel himself out of any situation he can't get out of by talking.
He was the most intelligent in his litter, so was the the only one to survive longer than a year. He could work out what was going on from only a few signs, but his less intelligent family didn't listen to him. As much as they hurt him, he is still very forgiving and caring. He can't stand to harm another living being unless necessary for survival and tries to weasel out of fights instead of facing them if he can help it.
He is calm and quiet, not liking to draw attention to himself unless necessary. He prefers to keep a low profile. He wouldn't be able to cope with fame, everyone's eyes constantly watching him. It would drive him insane. He is a very good listener, and can use others' opinions to make decisions, although he could never deal with the pressure of leading anything.

Kimi's name says it all. Secret. She isn't sure where she comes from and she knows little about the surrounding world. Kimi had been kept in a dark cage just big enough for her to turn around in; there was little room for anything else. She had been wanting to know what was outside her cage, but it had never been opened. The only clues to her surroundings had come from small holes cut sparatically around the cage. Now, though, Kimi has escaped. She wants to learn all about the jungle where she found herself after several days of hard running. Are there others like her? Will they accept her? Kimi plans to find out...
Personality:
Kimi is sweet despite being locked in a cage for as long as she can remember. She is taking things in stride and isn't upset when unexpected things happen. Kimi does stay on her toes as she doesn't want to be locked up again.

Personality/Bio:: Sorrow can be very mean at times, but only when she's feeling frustrated. Usually she is a calm, serene Caxical. She can see, hear, and sense spirits, so it's natural that she lives in solitude so she can listen and be one with those passed on. When with others she is friendly and kind, always being there for her companions. She is very compassionate and often cries for things that have nothing to do with her. Sometimes mysterious, she can be very elusive and knows how to keep secrets.

Anami is a fierce, large Caxical who thinks he can always get his way. He is caring of the Caxicals that live with him, but fierce towards those who don't. He is very muscular and strong, and he knows it. He wins most fights, which he is very proud of. His head is almost always held high, his chest puffed out, and his tail held elegantly. He loves to swim and relax in the water. He is very dominant, liking to always be in charge. If he isn't, he can get frustrated, but he soon works with his friends instead of protests. He is respected, and he respects the others. He isn't old, but he isn't a pup anymore. He is very intelligent, way more than most expect. His coat is always glossy and clean, and he is always happy, semi-happy, or just plain Anami!
