Are you looking for critique or help to learn? If so I'd reccomend the Artist Army and Susi's collection of Tutorials

I'd love to see you improve even more, you have great potential.

Holy smokes! :o This is truly amazing work. It looks so big and powerful. You've created a really cool deep-sea look with the dark colours, and the glowing bits added to that are a really cool effect. Looove it.

Vennan, despite his cold appearance, is a very friendly gryphon. He'll make friends with almost anyone, whether they be owl-headed, raven-headed, or eagle-headed. He's a nice dude who just wants to fit in amongst the other gryphons which are "cooler" than him. He gets easily offended and will snap, not meaning any harm but sometimes doing some pretty good damage.

Now, while I don't think there's exactly a "country" for gryphons, it fits Vennan because he'll show someone how he "rolls," and they'll figure out that while he may not be the coolest guy ever, he's him, and they like him for that.
