I want to be a Genesis artist!

Why do you want to be an artist?: I've already gushed about genesis, but I think it's going to be neat! Also, I've been in the UMA community since... yeesh, 2013? It's been a huge source of joy for me over the years, but I haven't had a whole lot of chances to design characters for other people to love. I'm hoping to do so some time <3
Prior Artist Experience [if any]: I was an artist for Snowy Orb Dragons back in 2018 and that's the most recent I can think of.
What timezone are you in, and what times are you around usually? [ballpark]: PST; I work part-time so my schedule varies day-to-day. I'd say fully after 6pm Saturday-Monday and Thursday and all day the rest of the week. I pop on pretty reguarly at work, though.
Do you have any questions?: More of a statement but I'd be super interested in doing nursery batches when that gets set up! I love designing offspring and lineages <3

reason for applying: I've been participating in UMAs my entire run on chickensmoothie, which is... since 2013 lol, but I haven't had many chances to be an artist! i love designing little guys but it's hard to find enough things to do with them, so i'm excited to make little guys for other people to adore <3

i'm also obsessed with hydrafelis, i think they're a fantastic little creatures and i'm having a ton of fun <3

What are you excited for with this line: I'm excited that it's back! Can't believe I didn't notice for a few months! It's really cool that Peachy was able to find someone to run it with her. The Easter event was cute! Can't wait to see what other events get thought up in the future.

Do you have experience with adopt lines, if yes how much: It's been a few years, but I have a bit of experience. I was a Tatsumon artist back when Sweathie still ran the species - examples are here, here and here. Was also an artist for Slotherflies and the more recent Slunkies.
Reasons for joining: I'd love to start using oekaki more and draw more in general. I still really like the species, so it'd be fun to work on the skill while also doing stuff for a community.
Something random about yourself: I like adding lyrics for songs on spotify. It's run through musixmatch, which has an absolutely painful app to use BUT the pain of not having lyrics that sync to the songs I like is worse lol

Didn't roll edits on either pup, but per the entry request, i gave edits to this pup and then flipped a coin for which parent the edits would be from (in this case parent 2). I tweaked them a lil since the pup is rough coat I wanted to make it a lil fluffier.

I haven't done merle in a drawing before so I stared at many pics LOL if artists have feedback regarding how to do merle (eryth merle nontheless LOL) I'm open to it <3
