argh i love both themes so much deciding on a side is so hard! i'll probably end up on the stardust side like 90% sure but still the seafoam also has such pretty colors and themes.

it has been a long time since I posted my last drawing, i was really stressed lately and stopped drawing, both digitally and traditionally. today I decided to draw this river, I usually dont draw landscapes but I just went with it. goodbye for the next three months.

pro tip: sea of thieves screenshots give you amazing scenery/background drawing ideas if you ever want to draw ocean/nautical/underwater things.
i like to take a bunch of screenshots whenever i'm playing just for that

this was really really challenging but also pretty fun!!! I tend to get overwhelmed with backgrounds (which is why I never draw them) so I'm making a goal to get more comfy doing them hehe

I have had such a wild year as far as space events go. I was able to witness totality of the eclipse, and also got to see the northern lights. Both from my front porch. Amazing sights to see for sure.

The northern lights really inspired me; though to the naked eye, the sky mostly just looked a really deep pink/Purple where I'm located, but the photos I took came out beautiful. I hope I get to witness such things again during my lifetime. 🩷

i rarely ever do backgrounds and greatly struggle with doing texture without making my life a struggle so i thought i would try some different techniques. I'll come back and do some more later but its important to note that these are with heavy inspiration from and using tips from the CS user qwertyo! please give them and their tips some love <3
