December 27th, 2007 The Worst Day of My Life......
Romy & Kota were two ponies that i rescued from a man who was hitting and cutting them. I was 9 and I didn't really get what abuse was but I knew that they were hurt. They were young and full of fear and pain. They were best friends, later the next summer we sold Kota and are older pony named taffy to a lady who give riding lessons. Kota had found a home and Romy would stay with us. All summer and fall I rode Romy and worked with her she became an amazing riding pony . But that winter as i sat down for lunch i looked out the window and saw two dogs jumping on and bitting my little black pony. I ran out the door yelling, i ran at them and they jump at me. My pony chased them from me and winnied at me to go. But I couldn't leave her, I ran at them agian and they took off. Then my baby girl fell to her knees. She looked at me and then layed down. My father helped her to the barn were she stop in front of my gelding's stall, she touched his nose and then closed her eyes never to open them again . She died with a broken leg and i live with a broken heart. She was my only friend when i didn't have one.

So this December 27th I want a picture to remember her!!! All you have to do is draw a picture of a black pony with a small white dot on her forheadand a white sock on right leg when facing this way -------> You don't have to but if you want she used to have a red halter!! If you have any questions just ask!! I am sorry, there is so little time!!!

The winner will get 20 to 30 pets of their choice from my trade group and the feeling of making a broken hearted girl happy and proud!! Thank you so much!!
