Its just a shadow of shadow lugia when lugia fly up to the moon and i may also edit this picture later when i get better at Oekaki

Thanks! and im not really good with Oekaki ether i rather use paint, GIMP or sometimes photoshop but i got to keep trying to learn to do better with this!
