WIP Saber for Nat-chan ^-^

My work in progress saber for Nat-chan's elemental saber rp. Stupid. Wip. Layer. Would not let me put anything on it, but I could put things on EVERY other layer. I had to add another layer because i didn't want this seen in its pathetic unfinished state. Sorry. ^-^' For some reason I drew a little person there, and left room for Nat-chan's siggy. :3
