- Salem isn't all that great with faces... Y/N stumbles upon the hulking woman swinging her axe into a piece of wood to split it. Despite living in a seaside town, there is a good amount of evergreen trees that grow around here.
She decided to start a business where she could flaunt her carpentry to the town, eventually making a name for herself. While you two were introduced, the blonde knits her brows in confusion. Her gaze catches your own, but she still towers over you. "Can I help you?"
"I'm the new farmer, Y/N, remember?"
"Sorry... Who are you again?" Salem truly seems confused, resting the head of her axe on the ground as she thinks briefly. "You're... L/N's kid ain'tcha?" A smile grows on her face as she lets out a deep laugh. "Why didn't you just say so! I haven't seen you since you were..." She pauses, raising a hand just below her thigh, "This high. Even then... lot's changed."
"You already met me, but please, Salem. I don't use my old name anymore."
You nod and smile, "Salem."
This small gesture seems to make a blush rise to her cheeks hearing you say it, "Thanks."
