A Plate Dragon is a subspecies of dragon! They have "Plates" on the side of their cheeks and on their butts! They also have scales around their bodies such as on their faces, legs, and tail! Another unique feature are the "spikes" on the end of their tails and horns that can range in many different shapes and sizes that are used for protection and battle. They usually live in jungles or forests but can be found anywhere. They are extremely venomous, and can projectile their venom when in danger! They use this tactic when feeling threatened or scared so as long as you have good intentions they wont hurt you! They are feisty but you'll be lucky to have one as your friend if it gives you its trust!

"Yeeah. So I was gone yesterday because I was searching for a certain plate dragon..."
They trail off, stopping infront of a plate dragon you've never seen in your life.

"Um-- they said they were looking for a new home, if you'd be interested in that."
Both plate dragons turn to look at you. Awkward.

[Prompt]: He and Blythe have a strained relationship at first. Blythe is naturally cautious, and tends to shy away from strangers, and this new plate dragon is certainly that. But over time, they grow comfortable together, and slowly start spending more time together. Blythe enjoys having a friend that they can simply sit with, comfortable in companionship.

[Prompt]: I think this Plate Dragon and Elektra would be work-out buddies! Originally they met at a Charity Marathon. This PD was helping run the event, while Elektra was one of the runners. They got to chatting at one point and ended up becoming buddies who help keep the other in shape!

Bunches of fragrant basil, shiny vine-ripened tomatoes, and the biggest juiciest watermelon you'd ever seen, were some of the amazing foods on his shopping list. Plato saw Beau tapping the watermelons in a rather peculiar way, and decided to ask what on Earth he was doing...
They now make and bake many different recipes together in Beau's restaurant-grade kitchen, and they never fail to disappoint!

[Prompt]: Hatch can be a bit of a grump, so when this plate dragon first showed up in the neighborhood he wasn't exactly thrilled. The new PD knocked on his door to introduce himself, and surprised him with a little candle. Hatch hadn't received a gift in a long time, and certainly not one from a stranger... Reluctantly, he invited the plate dragon in for a coffee. He couldn't help but smile at the jokes they made. Their easy-going nature was the perfect contrast to Hatch's irritable but loving personality, and soon enough, they were inseparable.

[Prompt]: Silt had brought a companion, Arc, in case things had worsened, but instead there's a new friend to meet. The two friends share a look; Silt's place is a mess and not at all ready for a roommate.

Arc steps forward, then- She's the more sociable of the two, but still not too overwhelming, so they manage to hit it off! If nothing else, they can already bond through their similar birthdays, and Arc can most certainly make room on a dime should this new companion need it. It's up to them, now!
