anyways
i think you can learn a LOT about an artist's thought process by looking at random scribbles, doodles, stupid meme art they make in 2 minutes, drawing w their left hand ect ...
something about seeing a piece of work that is entirely unpolished + raw gives a lot of context into how an artist operates. i think so, anyways
if there's an artist you admire try taking a peek at some of their "low effort" stuff, because seeing the bones gives a lot of context to the whole dinosaur, yknow ?
the dinosaur being... the complete work. the art piece. the art style. you get it
idk how qualified i am to being giving art advice but i hope it helps
