i used fireaplaca. i just selected the part i wanted to move, then shifted it a single pixel. i think i shifted the legs, flame, head, 2 parts of the wings, and 2 parts of the tail. depending on the direction, sometimes i had to fill pixels back it. after the 2nd image, i made a 3rd, continuing in the same general direction. after they're done, i use gifmaker.me to make the actual gif. you just have to make sure you put the 2nd frame back in after the 3rd. i hope that makes sense? :'0
