If you want to let other breed with you lion or oc, they need to fill out a form and it will give them a chance as well to get a high standing lion, but one cub will have powers and abilty for ranking, then another will have the chance as well so both owner get a new cub same abilty if your allowing someone to breed with your oc or lion
