Scars
An item that could be part of the character's job or backstory (like a whittling knife, a set of cards, a treasure box/locket, a rolling pin, a bundle of herbs, etc)
Designs with a specific theme (like a dandelion-themed dryad, whale-themed merfolk, mercury-themed alchemist, moth-themed traveler, dragon-themed artisan, etc.)
Or designs without a theme! Just everyday adventurers / townspeople

Modern clothing
Frills / lace
...Aside from that, anything goes ^^
