This is Princess or Darling, and her boyfriend died after a car incident. The arrow is a symbol of the pain her boyfriend had to feel when he died, and the bag is full of valentines, where she would go to her boyfriend's grave and place the bag there, only to find the bag gone. The cake would be baked around Valentines, and she would lay it on his burial ground. She would come back the second day to spend time with him, only to also find a bite mark in the cake.
