Oh I love this. The colors are bright, they don't clash in an irritating way. Thin lines are delicately used. The duality between the red/black lines, then the multicolored strokes in the background. I also love how the skirt is just a flat color, it's a nice contrast to the upper body. The soft brush over the hands/face and the peaceful expression the figure gives off. You have a good color sense, very nice!
