Hiya. I think that's pretty good, though I do have some advice, other than the pretty normal practice. I would recommend looking at real humans and other people's art. This may sound a little wierd, but if you find an artist you really like, trace their works. Of course, you shouldn't put it online or claim it as yours, but tracing is actually really good practice. It's how I learned how to draw.
