I personally live in Texas, and ACK, it's so HOT here in the summer! Or until the end of September...
This cat was named Texas when I got it from the Pound, and that's the reason I adopted it, XD!
Anywho... this fits in both dress-up categories in a way, but I can't enter any more Pound pets, sooo... boom, here you go! XD

Oof, ive been down there once during summer while visiting a friend and i thought i was going to turn into a puddle! That hat is super cute on this kitty!

I understand what it's like living in heat (Europe was on fire this summer-literally. Fires in Greece, Germany and Sweden (I think), and droughts in Ireland). Thankfully, it's been kind of cloudy/rainy the past few days (in my country)
