I like the cats but I feel a lot of the things here should be removed.
These things are the horns and the chat bubble. The trick or treat sign is fine but it is way to big for the chat bubble. Maybe you could use the chat bubble for something else. You also might want to add a background. I recommend Forest BG Spooky. It's free in the CS store.
