tbh I've been lacking a direction in my art for a while

I tried out a sorta cartoon-y style here, but I just really
don't like anything I've been doing. It's frustrating and
I've even decided to skip Inktober bc I just can't do much
atm. I think next time I'll try a more serious/realistic
piece but I really need to get out of my funk. asdfghjkl

I guess if you have any tips feel free to let me know down below VV

I know how you feel ;^;
The best way I think is to try to break through it, by just starting to draw. Look up drawings to get your creative juices flowing, look for poses and other peoples styles.
Or, watch a few art vids on youtube, that helps too. c:

aaa thanks,, I've been trying new things and experimenting
but I've also been swamped with school and other stuff ;-;

I just watched a few art videos the other day; I know I've
improved since I first got my tablet, but I've had a lack of
inspiration. I think I'll try out what you suggested and study
some other people's styles more.
