Born of the sea and the moon, inhabitants of Doglantis help the moon change the tide and lost travellers home. They live in a castle just beyond a large forest of kelp and keep smaller caverns in all seas and oceans.
It is said that once Doglantians reach a particular age, they return to space and become stars.
