What is a Kuvalune?
A Kuvalune, pronounced koo-va-loon and occasionally nicknamed a Kuval, is a small, somewhat kitten-like animal that's incredibly fluffy and playful. A Kuvalune is rarely seen on its own - it's almost always with another Kuvalune. They enjoy the company of others and get very lonely on their own. They usually press against eachother to keep eachother warm, or simply just to comfort them; they even sleep in little piles, and never alone. They mainly eat whatever they can find, but they've taken a liking to berries and sweet foods. You may have noticed the little stone-like things over parts of their body. They're small, shining scales which often reflect their mood. When the scales are bright and shiny, it usually means the Kuvalune is happy. However, when the scales appear to be slightly 'clouded' or dull, the Kuvalune is sad. They're usually happy, though; to upset a Kuvalune you must've done something pretty bad. Another thing they tend to do is fluffing up their neck fur and tail fur. They do this whenever they feel threatened or scared to make themselves appear bigger. They've recently become house pets, and these small animals can be a handful to manage at first - but once they grow attached to their owner, the Kuvalune will love them more than you can ever imagine.
Rules
- You may own up to 6 Kuvalunes for now.
- Kuvalunes are a closed species - do not go off making your own!
- Do not use/take a Kuvalune that is not yours.
- Do not pester artists to judge contests.
- Don't guilt-trip artists into giving you the Kuvalune. This is unfair on the artist. :0
- If you no longer want your Kuvalune, you may either put it up for adoption again (message me about this) or you can gift it to someone else. (again, message me about this)
- If you'd like to be an artist, apply for the guest artist position. If I like your designs, I'll make you an artist. :0
