Cupid sighed, shutting her eyes tight. She held her breath and let it go quickly. She had barely received ANY customers today! Maybe nobody wanted cupcakes. Maybe all everyone wanted were Hot Cheetos and Turbos. The things she despised most were hot things, bitter, gross. She wondered what people saw in them. Cupcakes were sweet, tasty, and always made her happy. She sat and began to think. 'What if, my price is too high?' She thought. She looked down at her pricing. 'Nope. 1C$ is barely anything!' She concluded. 'Maybe no-one knows I'm here.' She thought, nodding to herself. She looked around, she watched so many people walking by, shooting annoyed looks at her.
She let her mind drift. For hours, she thought of what she could have done wrong, daydreaming, worse-case. Suddenly, a voice snapped her awake, shaking her head. She looked down to see a small bear. "O-one C-cupcake P-please." He murmured. Cupid's face lit up bright. "Oh! Of Course!" She smiled. "What flavor?" She asked, smiling. "R-red velvet." He said smiling. She nodded brightly and handed him one. He handed her a C$, along with a pink envelope sealed with a heart. "Aaaaw!" She cooed. "Thank you!" A sweat drop dripped from his forehead. She opened the card and read it to herself. She smiled to herself. "I-I was watching you all day." He muttered, somewhat embarrassed. She smiled again. "Maybe I'll see you around?" She asked, cocking her head. "I Hope."
