the weather here in north-central ohio is wildly changeable this season (we haven't got much snow, nor has the weather been reliably cold. in fact, it was sixty degrees F yesterday which is unheard of for the middle of january) so the only course of action is to wear three layers for maximum stripping potential and also maybe curl up by a nice fire and not go outside unless you have to.
