umm that is a good question i think its because they might of been banned from doing so.

if you go to forums then just look around mostly thats how you can.

same answer for number two. some members are Registered users (who can post on the forums) and COPPA users (who are underage and cannot.).

same answer for number one. if you're a coppa then you can't

I answered to because I noticed a few answers where wrong or unanswered.

1. why do some users get to write messages when trading and others do not?
Because if the user is either a COPPA user, they are not allowed to post/talk to others since they are under 13.
2.How can I post a topic without drawing a picture?
Go to the fourm you think it goes in, and near the top it should have a button that reads "New Topic" click that and make your topic.
3.How do play games? I can see the posts on them but I cannot play them.
there are no games on ChickenSmoothie, so the posts you saw must have been talking about another gaming website such as WolfQuest or AddictingGames.
4. I heard you can enter in contest is this true?
Yes, either on Competition Oekaki directly, or on "Pets for Art/Ect."
5.If so how do you enter in them?
You either go to Competition Oekaki and draw/color in what ever the holder of the contest asks you to do. Or, on "Pets for Art/Ect." enter what ever topic you want and just draw them what ever they want you to draw, then post it on that topic.
6.Can you host a compition?
yes, on both "Pets for art/Ect" or on "Competion Oekaki".
7. If so how?
Just post a lineart on Competition Oekaki or post a topic on "pets for Art/Ect." and you must offer some sort of prise in return. Also, you must tell to enterers of the competition what you want them all to draw.
