This is Velvet Ferra and her Border Collie, Dazzlemoon! As soon as I saw this outcome from Christmas last year, she instantly became one of all-time favorite releases ^^
I soon decided to do an all black and white theme for her, but liked the splash of color from the blue in the wig. Other than that, I will only use black/white items.

Anyway, I've all but made her an OC and love her to bits! Here, she is "dreaming/thinking" of her new mate who is currently a resident of Luminis...
