- » i am lord raegami. a current non-owner of the LOC community. i have been following the LOC community throughout it's existence and gaining knowledge along the way. i enjoy this community and the ties the have. i've been on the hunt for a LOC to adopt and i found one that sparked my interest. i hope you'll enjoy my form.
» i'm hoping to win this loc through careful concentration and analysis if what i'm up against in the LOC community. i do know the basics of them over the span they've been around. but i'll always have questions for someone to answer. i enjoy his design and how spacey it looks. when i see galazies, i'm thinking of no bounds, and free will or spirit. and i hope to base this LOC off their design.
- » this Phrixos is a young pride male. with his mane finally grown in fully, he's beginning to look like the dominant leader he is. Phrixos' name is greek, and was derived from the word phrix, meaning "the ripple of water in wind; the shivering of skin from fear." In mythology, this is the name of the twin brother of Helle. The twins were children of Athamus and Nephele. Phrixos is often called Phri because his name is so complicated to pronounce. Phri's name is basically a name meant to be placed with fear. fitting for a pride male lion. but alas, something keeps him from his title as 'pride male'.

- » Phri has the rank of a nomad currently. wandering about the lands in search of a pride that would accept him. he had not participated in any of the games of giddeon, or had even moved forth towards a pride. he wants to become a warior [tank]. Phrixos has no fear of being in battle, and has lots of experience in battling and protecting others. Phri desires to become a tank; only because he feels it's his duty to protect rather than be protected. which gives him a gallant air around him.

about element :: darkness + uses for it :: attack and defend
- » Phrixos' element is Darkness. he first discovered his element while he was wandering from a heavily deserted region of the loc land, to a denser area. and found he could manipulate the shadows found there, even his own. he also found that the toll of his powers wasn't large, because shadows were already present and didn't have to be created from something. Phrixos also found that his power was easily controlled, using his will power and mind set; weather to attack or defend.
» blinding force - this ability allows Phrixos to blind an opponent for a short period of time, allowing for a sneak or surprise attack. the attacker remains unharmed, but is blinded by the shadows making vision impossible. this does not damage the loc unless they panic and blindly strike, making the chance of self-harm increase. this is also used to calm another loc if they panic and become anxietic.
» darkened illusion - this ability allows for phrixos to create distractions. this allows for him to manipulate shadows and create distractions. often used to confuse and disorientate another loc in order for Phrixos to flee or attack. these shadows can have a solidified form if the user has enough power left; thus making increasing the chance for the shadow to attack depending on the user's desires.
» mind warp - this ability allows for phrixos to cloud the mind. weather it be his own or another loc near him. this has the small side-effect of hallucinogens and emotional outbursts after use. this power does not have a high toll or a large damage rate. unless the affected begins to panic and increase the chance of self-harm.
» nightshade - this ability allows phrixos to cover any area with darkness and move about accordingly. making him more mobile and giving him a fighting edge. this can also be used for fleeing or attacking depending on the user's desire. this ability is the only one that strains the user, because of the expensive manipulation of shadows over a large area. it can span 50 feet across, and covers everything in a pitch black darkness.
» wound heal - this ability is used only on himself. using darkness, he first solidifies it and wraps his wounds in darkness. holding the wound and keeping it closed. this does not replace medical aid; and eventually the wound would need to be medically examined.

- » Phrixos is a gallant lion. he knows the bounds of pride and duty and works based on those two notions. he has a simple mind, and an easygoing attitude. he is not one that angers quickly. Phrixos knows many things about battle, from his experiences observing battles and being a loner and fighting for his life. Phrixos enjoys company and telling stories, and isn't overly obsessed with fighting or war or harming others. if there was a slot open as a healer Phrixos would take the job in a heart beat. he's an overly compassionate person; as people see it as a weakness, he sees it as opportunity. when it comes to battle, he has a gallent spirit and isn't afraid to get is claws bloody. he is a sweetheart whose built like a tank, in a sentence.
» when it comes to other LOC, Phrixos enjoys conversations and simple talks. he makes friends easily and protects them with his life. rarely does Phrixos ever make an enemy but when he does he tries his best to acknowledge their competing views about him. as said before Phrixos isn't one to get angry but he will become agitated or irritated if any of his friends are threatened. he's a laid back loc, so if you want someone to carry a conversation with and or just have company, Phrixos is you LOC.

» Phrixos had a good life. he grew up in a great pride with his parents. but the pride was disbanded and a disease killed the pregnant females and cubs. he was the only cub that survived. his mother passed because she was hiolding Phrixos' little sibling inside her and the disease hit her. his father died trying to protect the others but left Phrixos behind on accident. being all alone at the time, he grew up being a loner for fear that any pride he joined would disband and leave him alone again.
» people thought that Phrixos was orphaned at a young age and was left to fend for himself. but he was and wasnt. he was oprhaned at a young age, but he had minor training from his father and mother that got him by.
