YASSSS I"M SO EXCITED I HAVE A NEW KIA BBY

He is inspired by Leonard Snart aka Captain Cold. I'm pretty sure I'm going to use the name, at least the last name because its fantatsic. He is Allessandro Gold's right hand man, but he works especially well on his own. In reality, he would take over Midas's place as head of their organization given the chance, but he's rather let "Al" handle all the responsibility at this point. In the future, when Allessandro quits to be with Anarchy, Snart takes over as leader of the organization.

He's cynical and fairly cold (pun intended), though he does have a sense of humor, albeit a dry one. Despite his namesake and appearance, he has an irrational fear of ice and cold in general.
