Sailor Juno already had a costume in mind but I wanted to make him scary! I don't think it's humanly feline-ly possible for Juno to scare a fly!

Hello! I'm Sailor Juno, but my owner, That Warriors Lover, calls me Juno. I'm a little mad that I could not be what I wanted to be - a sailor. I'm adorable though! Bye!
