"Mother is that you?" I whimpered.
the air had gotten icy cold, i felt its chilly hands running down my spine. "mother?!" I called out desperately into the swirl of dark light. fear filled me as an unearthly growl rumbled from deep in the earth and bones came rattling out of the soil. what had i done? this wasn't mother. Panic raged inside me like a caged beast as the bones formed a hand that reached for me. "no, no" i cried "she wasn't meant to come back this way, not like this"
