Twisted love doctor

If you come to this love doctor who sets up shop at midnight for 5 minutes each night then you are unable to leave until you have given the name of someone dear to you over to the strange shopkeeper. The love doctor then cats a spell on the name of the person written down so that they will receive misfortune for 3 years. If the same persons name is put down more then two times then they will suffer misfortune for 100 years along with the person who stumbled into the love doctors shop in the first place.
