They Where Found During the Chicago Fire , when the entire city was abandoned they came out of the shadows and created their own world. Each Flare has its own special Flame, flares have also been known to have only one mate during their lifetime. Very rarely will they ever be born without a silly feature. Some Say There are a Few Legend Flares ,But those only come out once every year ... on Jan.23 because thats the day the Flares where created by a Legend named Apollo.
Goofy Flares only have 1 Mate during their lifetime
Each Flare may only give birth to a pup once a year
Staff may own 6 custom Flares
PPS are NOT allowed to mate (because they are still kids <3)
The Pound is a place where unadopted Flares go and if nobody adopts them they will be put to sleep.
