That city was supposed to be further in the background, as if C.O.D.E. - 19 was looking at it from afar, but I drew the first couple buildings way too big and lacked the motivation to go back and change it.
Now I suppose he's on the rooftop of some tall building and is looking down on the rest of the city.
I also guess I now own a company in his world as my signature ended up being most visible on one of the building tops, like where a company name would go.
