Tried so many styles, but wanted to get a piece of slade art.
Slade was named because of his markage, that looked a lot like a scar covering his eye. He was named after slade wilson and is an awesome rattie and friend.
At the time we saw him, we knew we were going home with him. he was sort of reserved but the seller sold it to me because hed be better with us.
Slade, from then, has been awesome. He is having babies with Raclette, my blue variberk dumbo downunder rat, and is soon a papa.
But two days ago, I found him laying in his cage. Although the day before he was running everywhere and playing all day, he was sleeping all day. I thought that maybe he had played too much during the night, and he was resting... but when I picked him up, he was not reacting, cold and had lost weight. I slowly weighted him from where he slept and blood was all over.
I called every vet around the house and they were all closed. I held him all night while getting him warm and feeding him (with force, because he didnt want to eat nor drink at all) untill the day after. I took him and a vet took me in urgence.
After several medicine, the vet told me he might go well or go bad.
Hes slowly getting better, but Im still scared.
My slade may be small, hes the biggest to me.
