Somewhere in the small corner of the planet that is Australia, stockmen for centuries have been breeding a specific breed of horse. The Dingo Creek Horses were found only recently on a working property in Queensland, Australia, on the outskirts of Dingo Creek, thus the origin's of this breeds name. They have otherwise been kept secluded from the rest of the country by the greedy workmen. These horses have been bred to show specific traits and have proved very useful on the farms such as plowing fields and pulling heavy weights around the large properties. A couple of these horses got loose when a very clumsy workman forgot to tie them up overnight during a cattle drive, and have since been selectively bred to enhance their traits and released to the rest of the world.
The driving motivation behind these guys is genetics - but don't let that turn you off! Seriously, you don't even have to know a single thing about genetics to be a part of this species community!
