I'll do design commissions for a starry cow, no more, no less. Sorry.

Design trades are a whole other matter!
Just tell me what you want [please don't make it too complicated, I'm only a subterranean lizard monster you know], I'll tell you what I'm interested in, and ting tang walla walla bing bang.

Rules:
Nothing religious: christian, Sumerian, Babylonian, ANY religion. This means Egyptian motifs too: Egyptian motifs are a part of Kemetic religion [which I practice], and not many people realize that. IF you happen to practice those particular religions, I MIGHT make an exception. Religion in general just makes me uncomfortable, sorry.
Nothing too gory. Mild or light is fine, undead is fine, but nothing that would break CS rules.
Please be aware that I'm not perfect, I take time, I'm not a machine. I'm not good at some things, I make mistakes, and I will take time to do your thing, okay?
I have the right to deny a trade or commission if your personal beliefs highly offend me. This means homophobes, racists, or just outright rude people.

I'd prefer it to be male uvu
I adore a cyclopian eye OR third eye on a character, and there's an outfit I would love to see on it, if you decide to make it anthro, pfft. If you do decide to go that route, here it is[but really, you do what you feel like with him, i'm not picky and i hate being a burden XD]:
Leather jacket, short shorts [preferably galaxy print, but not necessary], fishnets or pantyhose, and boots.

Only specific I'm going to request is that the skull is open, so it looks like they're laughing kinda. Skulls just look funny when they're wide open, idk.
