The Olive Tree Branchers, or better known as just Branchers, are quiet endangered species that are raised in any part of the world. Whether that might be in freezing or steaming temperatures. They adapt quickly to their surroundings and get along with other animals that mean no harm to them. This could be the reason why many people want these creatures in their home. Branchers are known for climbing trees, swimming into water like a duck, and digging domes (their homes). Olive Tree Branchers got their local name from a young boy named Harold Roe. He was fascinated in these lovely beasts and decided to give them Olives for a snack. He kept one Brancher as a pet of his. He was very famous because of his most elegant wings. When travelers of his town came to visit, they would give his Brancher an Olive. This became very popular as people started to feed their own little ones Olives. So there we have it, the name came to be. It is told that different types of Branchers like diferent types of Olives. There are four different types of Branchers. Long-Haired Brancher, Short-Haired Brancher, Winged Long-Haired Brancher, and, Winged Short-Haird Brancher. The question we all ask today is, why do humans want these in our homes? Will you adopt one to find out?
