Thanks! I was watching Reign of Fire when I felt a strong urge to draw a ferocious dragon. The sketch had lots of spikes and it was supposed to be more detailed but I just went with the flow and ended up with this. I just love the cold piecing gaze of blue eyes, blue is btw my favourite colour C:

The eye: I began with the darker blue iris and painted with the air brush, did the layer of light blue on top of that with the pencil (a little less opacity than usual) and the pupil on topo of that. Zoomed in alot and did the markings in the iris with the pen (an even darker blue) and then air brushed the reflecting light. Did the same with the wrinkled skin around the eye; airbrush as base, pen with low opacity and then airbrush to shade

The effect on the fog is airbrush with normal and the cloud looking texture, used darkblue, light brown and turquoise
