.what is a brila.
Averaging around two feet tall, these creatures are extremely agile and durable. Found in the highest reaches of the mountains, Brilas are able to survive under minimal conditions. Of course, living under such conditions has forced these creatures to adapt. They have four eyes with excellent night vision. Though lacking in canines, Brilas have almost snake type fangs and do produce their own venom. They live in large family groups of up to 20 and will mate for life. Above their ears, and at the end of their tales, usually accompanied by a shape, are small circles that glow. The markings across their bodies tend to match the shape that floats at the edge of their tales. These same markings glow as well and can become brighter whenever the Brila wishes, but they don't stop glowing until the Brila dies.
.history.
Up high in the mountains, dashing across the snow, are these small creatures. These little guys were found when, on day, a group of climbers stumbled into a cave and were assaulted by the glowing colors surrounding them. Not naturally aggressive, the creatures hid up on ledges and in the crevices until the climbers left. That wouldn't be the end though. Just a few weeks later one of the climbers returned with a couple researchers who were quick to start their work. These little guys soon grew to like the humans that visited and eventually some where brought down the mountain.
