I call her Nimbus Iridescents

Nim for short.

She has a cutie mark of a Prism spliting light into it's coulorful sections.

She's origanly from Clouds Dale, but she showed such enthusiasm as a young filly, moving the clouds to create rainbows, that Princess Celestia herself, bestode her with a Prism cristal to aid her in making Equestria's sunny days, beautifull. She now lives in Canterlot over seeing all the weather pony's and aiding them to create beautful sky's all over Equestria. Rainbow Dash is the only other Pony who can create Rainbows, Nimbus Iridescents has to work hard to form them herself, she's also created rainbow clouds to mark special occasions and is responsable for how to break up the clouds up in to Cirrus forms, and has profected the art for all other pegasi.
