Oh man, I've been dying to make a character like this for a while now, and I love how it came out! <3 <3 <3 Really, I don't want to sound arrogant and I hate bragging, but... I just love this so much! Since I don't use characters, though, I was looking for a contest to enter it in, and this one fit! I hope you like it! [BTW: Timer's correct, and I tried a new style for the feathers; I like the soft look... I might use it more often. And the bracelet is of bells in case you couldn't tell!]

PS: Yeah, I realize that she doesn't have the star earring on in the head shot. Sorry, I was just getting a little lazy there.

EDIT: I know I don't use characters, really, but you have NO IDEA how tempted I am to keep her...

Thanks... :3 But I really suck at lineart; I've actually only gotten better at characters. *shrug* Oh, but trust me, I can only do this because of the features of oekaki like the smudge and spray tools, lock alpha, and... The undo button: My very best friend.
