Short Description -- A small, lanky ginger and white Maine Coon tom with large, green eyes, white paws and chest and a darker tail. He's distant and easily distracted, a daydreamer with his head in the clouds. He's generally a listener and prefers to listen to the stories told by anyone, no matter how much his mother says that they will fill his head with cotton even more so than it already is. He has a stammer and is startled easily by loud noises. He's also a little gullible, talkative and curious, easily lead astray from whatever task he has been set, maybe even by the flutter of a butterfly dancing by.

It was true, too

A proclamation since they were kits!
Daycloud remembered that day. They were playing Clan, and Vixentail made Daycloud her deputy instead of the other kits.
"It's because you're my best friend, forever and ever!"
She felt so happy.

It rang true forever and a day,
They rarely fought.

Apprentices together,
They were born on the same day. They weren't even littermates! It clearly meant they were destined to be so close. It also meant they were apprentices the same day.

Warriors together,
Unlike some friends, they didn't distract each other. They worked better together. It was almost like they lit up whenever they could see the other, and would work harder. No one knew why. They trained together. They became warriors at the same time.

Queens together,
They even became Queens the same day! It was straight-up uncanny at this point!

She gave birth before,
Oh well. You win some, you lose one. Daycloud was close though.

But that's okay,
Really, it was. They were still inseperable, and Daycloud became something of an auntie to the kits.

All fall down,
Daycloud felt a stab of pain course through her body, and she wondered if she was giving birth. She found Jaybird and went to the nursery.
Vixentail lay dead.
A slash down her stomach.

Mourn
That she did. She wailed as Jaybird ran to tell the clan of the gruesome scene.

I'll take care of your kits. I'll be their mother. I;ll never be you, though. We were supposed to die together...
It was all she could say.

So... I took a break in between the Guard/Murderer roles and the others, which means the pairs were chosen after the murderer was. I assure that this was complete coincidence and I used random.org to determine roles! Unfortunate, though.

(OH MY GOSH THAT WAS INTENSE Q-Q)

Tornadostorm, as usual, was one of the first cats up, so she could wake the cats she had assigned to the dawn patrols last night. She stretched, and looked up at the first glimpses of morning light. It was beautiful. All felt right with the world, until she scanned the camp moments later "DAYCLOUD!" She ran to the limp queen's side. "Oh no..." She rasped, as she circled to see her stomach, doing so causing her to practically tripped over Vixentail's foot. "V-Vixentail?" The frightened deputy glanced over at her, and she felt the icy jolt of shock course through her, causing her to stumble backwards.

Her mind was fuzzy. She felt left with nothing but her own thoughts about how fuzzy her mind felt. Almost out of instinct, she wailed "JAYBIRD! COME QUICK! DAYCLOUD AND VIXENTAIL ARE HURT!" She knew they were more then hurt, Vixentail's paw had been cold. But.. But maybe Daycloud's kits could be saved?

Bluerose had heard Tornadostorm’s cry, and her head shot straight up. “What?” She mewed, her mind still foggy from sleep. She slowly walked outside of the warrior’s den, and looked around until she saw it. She saw Daycloud and Vixentail lying on the floor, with Tornadostorm standing over them. Her heart dropped, and she rushed towards the queens. “Tornadostorm, what happened?!” She spat, her eyes wide, and worried. Worry flushed through her body. It looked like 2 of her beloved clan mates were dead.
